I do not see why you need to Pay with paypal? Just buy a prepaid credit card(at a shop or gas station) and pay to Skrill or CashU with it. That works

PayPal is far too problematic. Skrill is more secure and offers even more metods of adding funds to account: credit cards, bank transfers and many local options.

If you need prepaid use cashU (you can even add funds to cashU account using Ukash).
