I want to buy the WT Hack for the turkish server with paypal, so I messaged Bu3lwa, but the message isn't sent. It is still in my outbox. Can someone tell me why?

But I don't understand, how I can pay with CashU.. I signed up, but how can I add funds from germany? And I thought some Resellers also offer PayPal :O
