I GOT ATM 4$ IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT I TRIED TO BUY IT SAYS U CANNOT BUY TIS METHODE THAT YOU ATM GOT , ADD A CREDIT CARD DOES IT SAY BECAUSE I GOT NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN MY PAYPAL ACOOUNT ?

I've tried this before, if you got enough money on your paypal, you can buy it without credit card.
