What do you mean? It is hard to understand your post.

Damage done by weapons from Inventory Hack is exactly the same as in case of normally purchased ones (unless you increase it with Damage Hack of course).

You can drop them and pick them by yourself.

I doubt the latter is true, never been able to pick up my own guns. Drop is possible though.
