Are the tattoos in the game visible to other players? Is there also an OG tattoo, meaning a GM tattoo? Do its effects have the same powers as a regular OG tattoo, or was it added purely for visual/cosmetic purposes?

In previous versions, the OG characters weren't synchronized properly and died very easily. Has this issue been fixed now?
Also, I've heard that only we can see the tattoos at the moment. When will that be updated so that players on the opposing side can see them as well?

All tattoos are available. It's openly stated which items are client-side only in Inventory Hack section of our specification.

OG characters weren't synchronized properly and died very easily

By "OG" do you mean two special GM characters "GM-2019 Blue" and "GM-2019 Red"? Originally those characters were not meant to be available to regular players just game masters as their name implies. Our Inventory Hack gives you correct armor stats here just like for every other character however those special characters are hardcoded to use additional, unique game mechanic that ignores armor penetration stat of any weapon that attacks their body, hands and legs hitboxes. This special mechanic cannot be replicated via Armor Hack. However it's a huge exaggeration to say that those characters die "very easily", there's only a small difference and armor stats are still pretty insane.

I'm talking about the new OG character with 250 HP. On the Turkish server, OG characters are much harder to kill than other characters. If resurrection characters die in 10 bullets, this OG character takes around 100 bullets to die. However, in the cheat you coded, it's not like that at all—it dies very easily, no different from a character with 240 HP. Have you fixed this issue?

My English is not very advanced. When I read about the tattoo feature in the new update, I didn't fully understand it. Could you please clarify this for me? It's only visible to us visually, right? The other players can't see it, correct?

Yes, character parts and tattoos are client-side, you can still get stat bonuses though.
