example i purchase with LTC
i need add fee in this payment or i just do the amount to be told to me?
or TrustWallet withdraw auto fee in my balance? i dont know too much..

I don't know every service out there but generally a lot of web services tend to SUBSTRACT fees from amount you tell them, so you need to ADD fee value to amount we ask. You can confirm with trust wallet support of check their help/knowledge base section.
